Everything You Need
Everything you need to settle in, with thoughtful services whenever you need them.
A stay at Pasajcap is meant to feel settled from the very first morning. Each home is fully equipped for everyday living, so there is little to organise and nothing to assemble. Beyond your own door, our family looks after the gardens, the shared spaces, and the little details that make life easier. Most of what you need is already here. If something isn’t, just ask. We’ll do our best to help.
In Every Home
Every home is thoughtfully equipped for comfortable everyday living. You’ll arrive to a kitchen that’s ready to cook in, reliable internet, and a space designed to make a longer stay feel easy from the very beginning.
Every home includes:
- Starlink high-speed WiFi
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Hot water
- Fresh linens and towels
- Cleaning twice a week
- A private outdoor space, whether it’s a garden, terrace, or shaded palapa
- Access to two swimming docks
- Shared tropical gardens and BBQ areas
- Secure property
- On-site parking
No two homes are exactly alike. Most enjoy sweeping views of Lake Atitlán and its volcanoes, each has its own private outdoor space, and every one has been thoughtfully designed for comfortable long stays. Some include fireplaces, rooftop terraces, swimming pools, jacuzzis, soaking tubs, or generous workspaces. We’ll be happy to help you choose the one that feels most like home.
A Helping Hand
Living abroad is easier when someone local is happy to help.
Whether you’ve forgotten something, need a recommendation, or would simply like an extra hand, we’re nearby.
We can help arrange:
- Spanish lessons
- Boat transfers
- Private shuttle
- Babysitting
If there’s something else that would make your stay more comfortable, just ask. More often than not, we’ll find a way.
The shop
Our small on-site shop keeps a handful of favourites within easy reach.
- Frozen fish and Pacific jumbo shrimp
- Beef from Finca Chicacao on the slopes of Volcán Santiago
- Locally roasted coffee
- A small selection of South American wines
For everyday groceries, many trusted local producers, shops, and restaurants deliver directly to our gate. Ordering is easy online, and we’re always happy to point you towards our favourite suppliers.
Many guests make a morning of it. A walk into San Marcos, fresh fruit and vegetables for the week, coffee at a favourite café, a few familiar faces, then back home to cook lunch overlooking the lake.
Come and live by the lake.
Tell us your dates and who’s coming — we’ll help you find the home that fits and let you know what’s free.
