— House Olinda · The feeling

Room to gather, space to retreat.

Some homes bring people together without ever making them feel crowded. House Olinda was designed that way. With generous living spaces, flexible rooms, private gardens, and uninterrupted views across Lake Atitlán, everyone naturally finds their own rhythm before gathering again for meals, conversations, or sunset on the terrace. Ideal for couples, families, or friends who want to share time together while still enjoying space to themselves.

01 · Sleep

Wake gently to the lake

The master bedroom offers a king-size orthopedic bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a built-in safety box. Sliding louvered doors open toward the lake or close for quiet privacy, while natural ventilation keeps the room fresh throughout the day.

02 · Flex

A room that changes with your plans

Filled with light from picture windows on two sides, the second room easily becomes whatever the day requires, a comfortable lounge with its own fireplace, a quiet workspace, or an inviting second bedroom. Like the rest of Olinda, flexibility is built into the design.

03 · Gather

A kitchen that brings everyone together

The generous breakfast bar seats seven, while the circular dining table naturally becomes the centre of long meals and lively conversations. A spacious kitchen, walk-in pantry, six-burner stove, and everything you need make cooking together as enjoyable as sharing the meal.

04 · Unwind

Windows full of the lake

Comfortable window seats, handcrafted furniture, and an indoor hammock invite you to slow down throughout the day. Whether reading, watching the changing light over the volcanoes, or simply enjoying the lake views, this is the room everyone drifts back to.

05 · Linger

A garden made for slow afternoons

A private lawn, flowering gardens, and a shaded cedar palapa create another living room outdoors. Stretch out in the hammock, enjoy coffee on the loungers, or simply watch the lake and volcanoes while the afternoon quietly slips by.

06 · Float

A bath that ends the day well

A polished-concrete bathtub with shower, twin basins, and a separate WC provide generous space to unwind after a day exploring the lake or hiking the surrounding hills. Simple materials and natural light keep the room calm and timeless.
