— House Cochabamba · The feeling

Privacy has its own rhythm.

Some places ask very little of you. House Cochabamba sits quietly behind its garden gate, surrounded by flowering shrubs, trees, and lake views. It's compact without ever feeling cramped, carefully designed so every room looks outward, to the gardens, the volcanoes, and the changing light across the water. Perfect for one person or a couple who simply want a peaceful place to live for a while.

01 · Sleep

Wake slowly beside the garden

The bedroom centres around a king-size orthopedic bed with built-in storage and a discreet safety box. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open toward the terrace, while a table beside the windows easily becomes your breakfast spot, writing desk, or favorite place to watch the lake.

02 · Flex

One table. Many ways to use it.

The bedroom table becomes your office, your breakfast table, your journal desk, or simply a quiet place to sit with the view. Like the rest of Cochabamba, the space asks very little and adapts easily to your day.

03 · Gather

A kitchen that keeps life simple

The split-level kitchen offers generous storage, two refrigerators, a walk-in pantry, and everything needed for everyday cooking. The living area naturally gathers around the dining table, while meals often drift outdoors beneath the palapa.

04 · Unwind

A living room that opens to the garden

Large sliding glass doors fill the house with light throughout the day. A comfortable sofa, built-in bench, and quiet garden views make this a place where reading, conversation, or simply doing nothing all feel equally worthwhile.

05 · Linger

A garden that feels wonderfully private

Follow winding paths through flowering shrubs and mature trees to a shaded palapa with a hammock, outdoor dining table, and comfortable seating. At the far end of the garden, a quiet bench looks toward San Pedro volcano, a lovely place to end the afternoon.

06 · Float

A bath with the lake beyond

An oval bathtub with shower, a tiled vanity, generous shelving, and a full-width mirror create a calm, practical bathroom. Open the blinds when you feel like soaking with a view; close them when you don't.
